Cancellation Policy

There is a 100% service fee for no-shows/cancellations within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment. If you're more than 10 minutes late, you will need to reschedule and will also be charged 100% as I will not have adequate time for your service. Cancelation fees are waived for emergencies or inclement weather. ALL appointments must be booked online or pre-booked with me during your visit. I can't schedule appointments for you through texts/emails/calls or social media messages. Thank you for understanding.
